All orders are shipped from directly our Cada factory located in China with original condition.

We provide freeshipping for orders over $50. But Please be awared that the import tax or customs clearance fees are not included. For customs policy various reasons, we can not precisely predict the customs fees, so we will not pre charge you for any tax or fees, you may receive import tax billing to pay when the package arrived at local customs.

If you want to know expected additional import costs, please contact local customs or a clearance agency.

After the parcel arrived at local customs fancility, if you reject to pay the import tax or fees which causes the parcel returns back to us, we will not make any refund for this situation because we will have to pay the doubled international freight costs and also the import taxes and fees, the costs could be higher than the order paid amount.
