Le Set regorge de détails incroyables (le distributeur de boissons, le PC sous la mezzanine, la claustra en façade, l’enseigne, les blocs de climatisation, etc…). Bravo au designer! On a pris énormément de plaisir à construire ce kit très design. J’adore tous ces détails urbains qui rendent le tout si agréable à regarder, comme le poteau électrique, ou simplement le revêtement pour malvoyants sur le trottoir devant le distributeur!!

For a long time I did not build bricks but this affordable set seduced me to play.
It is not just a heap of walls and a roof. It is fully furnished and attractively designed. A bit sad is that the designer did not consider any sanitary facilities and the power pole is impossible to align vertical. Nevertheless many loveworthy details are included at the in- and outside. The design even suggests the house has a story: the air-condition-upgrade has been added later and left plaster traces on the wall.
The power supply is displayed old-style asian: a little chaotic but functional. I tried to illuminate the outer lamps but the set does not support that well. But room lightning-concept and -realization are fully included, although the attached LED chain is inconvenient to activate.

Two pieces were missing in my set but with the included parts list it was easy to reorder them at the Cada webside.

When attached to e.g. the fellow tea shop from the same series the building looses its tower character but the whole thing looks more street-like.

All-in all the build was fun and the result is eye-charming and convincing. And the whole thing is not space hunagry. Thanks to the Cada team for that great set.

Lego doesn't have many Japanese themed sets, so it's great that Cada has a few of these buildings. I like the small footprint of the buildings and also the included lighting inside. This was my first Cada set, and then I got the japanese themed coffee shop by the same designer. full review on my blog.

I love the series of Japanese buildings sets. They're all amazing and I can't wait to build the new Tea Shop.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This was one of the most enjoyable builds I've done in a long time. The kit comes in a beautiful box of heavy material. Bags are numbered One for the lower level and Two for the Upper level. My kit was complete and the pieces fit together well, for the most part, but nothing that couldn't be managed. Two issues I found with the build. First the instructions have you use a cap to mount the light boom to the power poll. The cap just isn't a good fit for the boom. If there is another cap with a larger hole...I missed it. I did see others having trouble with this same step. I used the little short peg instead of the cap and it fits perfectly and I had enough of them. Secondly, as others have mentioned, the power pole is pulled by the two black power lines and bends the pole and kinda ruins a very nice detail of the build. I fixed it, for the most part, by inserting a wire into both black power lines. I used the ground wire from an piece of romex I had and it fit perfectly. I was then able to bend the power lines in a bit and take some of the pressure of the pole. Not a perfect fix, but makes it look a lot better. Overall the kit is wonderful. Love all the details from the buns and vending machine to the little air conditioners on the exterior of the building. This was truly a wonderful design by Tong Xin Jun. I have already purchased the Coffee Shop and am looking forward to another enjoyable build. Thank you CaDA...more designs like this please. Cheers

the design of the build is fantastic, exe sandbox did an amazing job. the building experience was better than i expected. there were numbered bags, good instructions and a nice box. my only problem with set was the tolerances of some of the pieces. some pieces had trouble fitting together (the street light didn’t fit at all) and others were a little loose. overall i would recommend this set, it is definitely worth the price.

Great quality bricks, great instructions. Pairing this with a brick Spinner for a Blare Runner display :)

This was a lot of fun to build. Lot's of neat details and unique ideas. The LEDs included is a really nice touch.

That little Building is simply awesome. Nice detailed, indoor and outdoor. I love the lighting.
And all this in a great quality.

The package took 11 days to deliver from ShenZhen to Vancouver. I was very surprised by the quality of the bricks. The plastic didn't feel cheap, and the price was justified. Instructions were clear, and the build was straightforward. (THE ORANGE CAT WAS NOT INCLUDED, THAT WAS MY OWN)

Ok so 3 sets in and I'm hooked, the build quality is identical to the big L, however the interpretation is what sets these set apart. The inclusion of the usb lights is coming a necessity. I love seeing the set lit up. One of my favourite builds so far

The set hasn‘t been delivered to me and no refund given. The delivery service failed to locate the correct address.
I am very disappointed.

I buy these for my 11 yr old grandson who now prefers them to Lego. We both live the lights and intricate details …

This is a great set for the details more than the building itself. The shutters, pipework, etc. look amazing. It is a bit of a challenging build and the light string can take some work to install and make less visible but the finished product is well worth it. Great addition to the line of buildings from CaDA and great fit for a city.

Used to lego, and having a huge crush on japan architecture after my trip there in march, i tried this one and the canteen, and those are my favorite sets to date ! Details a great, construction is great. Would have loved some minifigs included but that's ok :)
